Set a review SLA
Put a first-response time target on reviews, by priority tier.
A Review SLA sets a target for how quickly a reviewer should give their first response — approve, comment, or request changes — after being requested on a PR. It's configured per Report, on that Report's SLA tab.
Setting a tier mapping
Every PR is assigned a tier — Critical, Normal, or Low — based on a GitHub label you map to each tier; PRs with no matching label default to Normal. Each tier carries its own first-response target (for example, 4 hours for Critical, 24 for Normal, 48 for Low). The clock only runs during your team's configured business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 by default, in the Report's timezone), so a request made Friday evening doesn't burn through the weekend.
Reading compliance
Compliance is the percentage of review requests answered within their tier's target, measured per Report per week. A request that breaches its target is also surfaced as something that needs attention, so a slipping SLA doesn't quietly go unnoticed.
